Mark Tanney founded TanneyDesign in 1995 with a singular vision: to create custom residential architecture that responds thoughtfully to Florida's unique coastal environment while meeting the distinct needs of each client.
With a degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University, Mark brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of Gulf Coast building traditions to every project. His work spans the most desirable communities along Florida's Panhandle.
Each design begins with careful consideration of site, climate, and the client's vision for their home. The result is architecture that feels both timeless and perfectly suited to its place.
